I have 86 Turbo 300zx, I truly love this car but I can't stand the digital dash. Can these be refitted with analog dash. If so is it a straight change or do I need a kit and make major changes to the car. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Not easily.. Is there a problem with your dash?
If you remove the digital dash control unit and send it to me I can repair it for you for a small charge.
