hey, I have a 1993 Nissan King Cab 2.4 litre

I need a new air filter, I went to Canadian tire, and I could see most of them were like 10-15 bucks, the one I needed was not on the shelf, and I found out the price and it was about 40 bucks? the one I need are not like most, most are circular and have straight walls, the one I need have angled walls.. I was just wondering why these are sooo much more money

thanks

Shawn

That's about ballpark. Why not get a K&N filter that you can clean out and is reuseable? That'll cost almost the same....

Something sounds odd. Because for that $10-$15 range you should be able to get a genuine Nissan filter from your local dealer and it will last you around 30,000 miles in a typical environment.
