2002 Pathfinder premium A/C runs on MAX

My 2002 Pathfinder SE's A/C Blower Fan unit runs on max speed regardless of the setting. Even with the A/C unit off, it runs at max speed. The Unit is the automatic temperature control type. Does anyone have a hint on what the cause would be? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this car?

I have already removed both the control unit and the FAN and could not get an idea on where the problem lies. Is there an electronic power control unit for the FAN? If so where it is located?

There's a service bulletin for this exact problem. You need a blower amp and a blower motor. The service bulletin even has the part number for a kit that has both parts together.

This comes up a lot here. Nissan must have a big problem with these blower motors. It's an easy fix. You need to remove the glove compartment and everything is right there. You just remove the old parts, plug the wires into the new parts and replace them. It took me

20 minutes from start to finish.
