Take the belly pan off.
Learn how to bend your arm and twist at the same time. Going through the fender is the best way to get at it.
filter wrench for a socket wrench, and not the strap type...

Remove the wheel. There should be a plastic splash guard to detach. If not, there has to be a hole of some sort. Sorry I can't be of more help.
