Squeaky Pathfinder

I've been noticing a squeak coming from the front of my '93 manual transmission Pathfinder. It occurs after driving some distance, but only at slow speeds, around 10-15 kph, if I'm travelling either faster or slower than this the squeak stops. I can't hear this noise inside the vehicle, but if the windows are open and I'm driving next to a wall or curb I can hear this squeak. The best way to discribe the squeak is to say that it has a "rubbery" sound. Any thoughs of what this might be?

.

Could be the front wheel bearing seals are dry.

Common problem with the older nissan trucks/pathfinders is the gasket where the hood connects to the firewall wears out, causing the squeak.

All the time if the shaft spins all the time. I'm not sure with the Pathfinder since I obviously can't look at the shaft while in motion. But my Dodge 4x4 the propeller rotated all the time.
