No, it is normally aspirated, electronic fuel injected.
DO THEY MAKE THE 03 ALTIMA IN 3.0 I COULD OF SWORE IT WAS A 3.5,IF YOU WANT THE MOST POWER PUT A HKS TURBO ON THE 3.5 AND YOU COULD SMOKE CORVETTES LIKE NOTHING BUT YOU NEED THE BASICS LIKE INTAKE EXHAUST AND ALL THAT GOOD STUFF, CHECKOUT
