My GTI6 has recently started to occasionally hesitate (jerk back on power) as if it could be a fuel problem. Has anyone got any ideas of what it could be.....

oxygen sensor maybe?
Had mine replaced on a 306 XSI
Car was almost undriveable due to jerkyness of engine...
I had same problem on my 106 Gti and it ended up that it was the inlet manifold pressure sensor, to start with they cleaned it and it was better for a bit, but ended up replacing it as it got even worse after a few days.
