My trusty Transport developed a wiper problem a few weeks ago. It will only work on the high speed and no washer fluid or mist works. I have tried replacing the wiper control unit( where the levers are) and that did not work. Is there a relay or something that may have gone bad? Any help is much appreciated.

One COMMON problem on that model is the "interupter plate" on the wiper motor itself - the thing that controlls the parking. They wear out and are not cheap. Every TransSport or Lumina APV in the scrapyards around here has the wiper motor out of it before it even enters the yard, they are that popular.
