Audio Problems

|| First time to the group. || Is there anyone out there who can help with an audio problem. I || have a 75 connoisseur SE first registered August 2001. || || It had been fitted with a Kenwood radio (KRC391) and CD changer || (KDC-C467) and my problem is that the remote controls on the || steering wheel do not work the radio. || Question; Can the steering wheel controls be made to operate the || radio etc? If yes, how much and who could do it? || If no, what is the minimum spec. of radio etc that can be operated || from the steering wheel? || || Thanks, || Eric

uk.rec.audio.car is probably the best place to ask, there are various adapters to make different manufacturers work with the steering wheel controls but I suspect not with your kenwood. I looked at replacing the steering wheel on my wife's Rover with one out of a scrapyard with radio controls, but could not see an adapter listed for her Kenwood.
