rear defroster and radio

Heres an odd one on a '02 9-5...if you turn on the rear defroster, the radio turns off. anyone else have something like this?

Just a WAG, but start by checking grounds for both, especially the radio. Also reseat all the fuses and relays for each of the circuits.
