speed sensor pulses

Hi

9000 94 2.3T CSE According to the Haynes manual the speed sensor pulses are fed to the SCC trip computer on a white wire. I have 2, 8 way connectors and a 3 way on on the back of mine, but nowere is their a white wire. Does anyone know which of the 2 connectors the speed pulse signal is on ? and what colour wire it is please ? i need to pick up the signal to feed to the sat-nav unit im trying to install..
