i have a 96 saturn sc1 coupe. my engine stalls sometimes when im at a light and i press on the gas, sometimes my car cuts off. whats could it be?

when was the last time you changed the spark plugs? Is the Idle speed normal?
Without mentioning your service history here, or mileage - it could be anything.
