One of the better things that happened is that the participants were invited to a local cruise on Friday night at Downers Grove, IL. The sponsor made an appearance at last night's awards banquet to announce that the 71 Studebakers that appeared at the cruise night set a record for the most cars of one marque to ever attend. He also gave out a trophy to the Studebaker they had determined was the most outstanding. A nice tribute! A few of the cars at this meet were ones you just don't see very often! Sorry I did not take pictures of all the attendees! But it was raining!
