I worked Saturday at the museum.. Just about closing time a young (comparative) lad walked up and asked, "Any Studebakers here?" "Just my '64 Commander out front."
He had just bought a '63 GT with under 100k miles (he said) drum brakes, full dash, no AC, no "Avanti Powered" tag on fenders. Looking to heat it up a bit and ad DB. Now knows about Mr Turner, SDC (local and intl), SDC site, SDC NG and forums.
I guess that we can hope to hear from him soon.
I was the only volunteer there, and was there only because I was busy yesterday and swapped with someone else.
Good timing for both of us.
