is the lower tank of a 53-55 C-K radiator essentially the same as a later car? I'm getting an idea, it may not be a good one, but it's an idea nonetheless.

I'm not a betting man,but if I were I would say they are not the same.I do know that 55 lower tanks vary due to either 6 vs. 8 or c+k vs. sedan.
Different from that on a GT
