Not OT Really!

Been doing a study on my trip to Omaha for the International Meet and trying to come up with some solids number of the amount of Beer I need and most of the beers I can get in Iowa or Nebraska. But Yuengling is the problem beer which I will need to tranport from at less Alabama. That is the closest state to Nebraska that Yuengling is sold. My question is weather people will drink Yuengling from the can? I perfer bottle myself but after working the number for my trip (around 4 week) I would need 7 cases just for me. (Really) Cans would be easier to deal with as far as transportion and maybe even 1/4 kegs except the local chapter may frown on that but cans would be easier to carry. And I would neeed other's coming from the east coast to do the same. What is your thought?

I wouldn't worry too much, if it's "free" most people could care less if it's in bottles or cans. I'm sure the homeless in Omaha would prefer you bring cans.

7 cases in 4 weeks??? I'm probably at 7 cases in 4 years.

Hell, that's only a 6 pack a day.

and will be thirsty after driving that many miles and B.S.ing that much and dealing with the relatives.

If your going to bring a heat press, I will check 2 cases of you beer (cans) on the plane to take up the loss of space. Cannot use bottles, learned the hard way. In 1976 I checked 4 cases of Coors in bottles on an American Flight from Denver Stapelton to NY LaGuradia. While I waited at the bagge carosel for my camera equipment I noticed a lot of wet baggage. Just before my stuff came out my four case of Coors camr thru the curtains, The bottles all exploded just where the bottle widens, and there was not a ddrop of Coors anywhere.
