A man was arrested alongside Interstate I8, East of San Diego, yesterday or the day before. He was setting fire to a tree. It's a bad thing to do around here! At the time, he was wearing a black wig and a white beenie. That is all! (As they say in the Navy - although I don't remember hearing it, )
