OT: thanks!

To the guy that sold me the Porsche seats at York... thanks! I put them in my car today and a) they work (bonus! my old driver's seat's power switch had disintegrated, with the result that the seat adjusted itself to a very uncomfortable position while I was driving down a windy 2-lane near Baltimore one night...) b) they are apparently "half leather" (I just assumed they were vinyl) and c) they actually cleaned up pretty well. If it weren't for a couple holes in the bottoms, they'd be near perfect; the seat backs are pristine.

I'm a happy camper, now I can drive in the position *I* want to again!

PS - obligatory Stude content; it looks like these seats would be a near perfect replacement for Avanti seats, if they were covered to match, and they are comfortable as heck, unlike the factory seats... they'd be a real easy retrofit into anything as the rails just bolt to the floors, worst case you'd have to make some spacers for a "tall" car or something like an Avanti where the stock seats don't bolt to a flat surface. I do have the two I took out if anyone wants to mess with 'em; I know the only thing needed is a switch for the driver's seat and a new cover for the bottom of the driver's seat (I have the cover, just never put it on)
