The owners of the building are going to demolish it, so the current tenant has to move. He has decided not to go through the expense of moving and will be liquidating the inventory. The timeframe of 'year end' was mentioned. A lot of people are talking about this, and the subject is in business negotiation, so facts are few, and speculation is rampant.
