Trucking it home

Took off on Thursday to start south and got as far as my Sister's place and decided to stop again for a visit and stay Friday too. Ozarks sure is some beautiful country. . .Took off this morning at 6:30 am and got to Montgomery, AL and decided to call it a night. Only problem is my Speed-o-meter took a crap making lots of noise and then started spinning the dial so fast it flew off. . . ANYONE GOT ONE IN NICE SHAPE ONE FOR SALE? I just pulled over since it was still making noise and crawl under the truck and pull the gear out of the transmission cable.

Planning on leaving early tomorrow for the last leg of the trip. . . .one note going north I was averaging 14 miles to the gallon and going south I'm now doing over 18 miles to the gallon. . .going down hill really helps!
