I got a 96 Jeep Cheroke 4.0L laterly in the morning it got to crank little longer than normal to start, so I just want to know is that the fuel (drain back to the tank?) or fuel pump or fuel regulater, or one of the sensor (Crank, cam) where do I start? TIA ... PN P.S I already replace the fuel filter

I find pulling the plugs on the throttle body and giving them a clean with a spray contact cleaner, then putting a bit of dielectric grease on the plug seal skirt does them wonders. The CPS connections on the distributor and the one at the rear of the manifold also benefit from the spray and grease job. Ours always speed up starting a little after doing this.
If you think it is a fuel bleeding off, then you can turn the key to run twice before trying to start it. This will pressurize the line back up.
