Just wondering, I've bought a Toy last friday....only one thing is wrong, it has a crack on the exhaust manifold, does it need to be changed ASAP before winter here in Minnesota?

A cracked exhaust manifold can cause a few problems like asphyxiation of the vehicle occupants, emissions test failure, safety inspection failure, excessive exhaust noise, and drivability problems.
To answer your question, does it need to be changed ASAP, the answer is no. If you asked the question "should it be changed ASAP? then IMO, the answer is yes.
