I have two annoying problems with my 1998 Sienna LE.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the interior trim to expose the mounting screws.
Is the latch broken? Is the hinge broken:?
I think it's electrical, sometimes the drivers side popup won't open or close. Thanks
The way to diagnose an electrical component is to use a volt meter to check for voltage at the actuator or motor when you move the switch. If there is power at the actuator or motor, then the actuator or motor may be bad so you check the actuator or motor next. If there is no power at the actuator/motor, then check the switch and then the circuit in between.
