The passenger side power door lock does not work with either button or the fob. It does work manually, however. Could it be the switch, actuator and/or....?
Any help will be appreciated.

since you have already pressed three different "switches", the actuator is more likely the failed part, but wiring issues are possible. Any independent repair facility should be able to diagnose and repair it.
