Has anyone installed window deflectors on an Avalon? If so, brand name and pros & cons. Thanks.

The products available at

are generally very good. A set of 4 deflectors for a 2007 Avalon run about $95, the front set is around $55.

The URL doesn't work.

What's a "window deflector"?

You don't mean mudguards, right?

Try

and see if that works.

A window deflector is an acrylic piece that fits in front of the side windows to allow the side windows to be opened a bit without letting moisture in.

Thanks...

Yes, that URL works.

Replacing, in part, the old "wind wings" older cars once had -- before car manufacturers did away with them to force us to buy A/C systems.

Back to the future...

I miss the old wind wings, but they cost more to include, caused wind noise even when closed, and spoiled the "lines" of the car. They were also a very convenient way to get into the car without keys. ;-)

Also known as "salt trappers", and "snow removal obstructors". :-)
