You give no info on price range or other features you want. Our Highlander is like an AWD Camry - but with lots more versatility - also consider any Subaru, and the Ford 500 or its Lincoln cousin.
Four wheel drive usually refers to part-time 4WD that is selectable by the driver. All Wheel Drive, or AWD, refers to full-time 4WD, with a center differential.
Besides Audis and the vehicles Jack G mentioned above, the Lexus IS and GS are available with AWD, I believe the next generation of the LS will be available with AWD.
Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW, and Infniti vehicles are also available with AWD.
