How do I re-program my key less entry so that everytime I lock the car, the headlight will turn off immediately?. It is Toyota highlander 2005 V6 2WD; bought new. Thank you.

I think it was "Lath12" who stated:
Click the lock button twice and the headlight will turn off. At least that's what my '05 Camry does. (I learnt about that in the owner's manual.)

What happens if you just turn off the headlights using the manual switch? Do they go off and stay off?
That is also how it works in the '03 Sequoia, '00 LS 400, '01 LS 430, and '05 RX 330.
