Depends on what else you've done. :)
Really, anyone can change a starter if they've got decent tools and the time and willingness to try.
Be sure to disconnect the battery before you start. See if your public libarary has the Camery Repair manual if you can.
There's only two bolts holding it in place and a couple of electrical leads (one with a big fat bolt, the reason you'll want to disconnect the battery).
