Nope - and I'm not apologizing for the church's (in) actions. I'm just saying pedophiles are likely to get jobs that involve children.

For the record, though, using God for that purpose is way more evil than even murder, IMO. What a betrayal of trust! Those creeps are the worst of all of them.

I had serious doubts about the church when the story broke, but thought I should give it a chance to reform and try to make amends. I'm happy to say, it's being dealt with openly (at least in the dioceses I've been in), even urging parishioners to report any type of potentially abusive behavior.

Further, the weasels involved in that rotate-a-sex-offender thing represent way less than 1% of the total priesthood. But of course, the media leaves that teeny tiny detail out.
