OT: For Cathy F

LOL! Here's a hint: a LOT of what Rush Limbaugh says is unimportant.

Um, same for the BBC and NPR. You have to be a bit selective in what you keep and what you toss...from ALL of them.

Sorry, spin of any kind doesn't work on me. I try to keep the facts and toss the bull...

Rush just gives the Republican slant. I HATE it when he says "We have to win this one", because he's not saying Conservatives have to win, he's saying REPUBLICANS have to win. He's a Republican shill, but still better than Al Franken!

I usually make it a point to listen to Glenn Beck more often; he's a Conservative and will call ANYBODY that screws up onto the carpet, be they Dem or Rep. Although lately he's injecting a lot more of his religious beliefs into his show, but that's OK.

Like I said...keep the facts, toss the bull...

I don't recall that. But I do recall Reagan trying to unite the country and the Congress especially. Yes, it was his best quality, and it worked, and WE worked.

If you're correct, and Rush adores Reagan so much, I wonder how come he doesn't use Ronald's tack but insteads keeps trying to drive a wedge between the two?

Here. Read what your mom says about himself:

And, don't give me any bullshit about the story being biased. The words are his, in print and in audio.

I'll disagree with this:

"Tom Rosenstiel, who leads the Project for Excellence in Journalism, agrees. But the media critic says there is another problem: Limbaugh and other ideological talk show hosts aren't remotely as careful with the facts as the mainstream media outlets they so frequently mock."

A lot of the mainstream media covers what Limbaugh excretes on his show; sometimes weeks or MONTHS later, once they realize there's an audience for it.

And, actually, you should pay careful attention to what's said from this paragraph down...
