That's the whole idea - it WOULD hurt. A Lot.
And you'd probably get charged with manslaughter or even Murder 2 if they figured out how the perpetrator pilfering your platinum got pulverized into a perfect pavement pancake...
But nobody'd mess with the underside of your ride. Word! ;-P
