Can anything remove what appear to be minor scratches from the windshield? It's a 2003 Corolla. Also, what does a new windshield cost these days?

  1. Not really. You can try to have it buffed with Jeweler's Rouge (DO NOT try this at home!)
  2. Anywhere from 0-400.
