2001 CAMRY FRONT WINDOW SWITCH

Mar 08, 2006 1 Replies

When testing a main window switch to a toyota camry 2001 driver side, It shorted and burned a trace on the lagic board. I have purchased another switch. I have no luck with the windows doing anything. The door lock will lock and then let up from the switch it goes back to unlock. Could it be a window relay? My manual does not should a window relay or fuse in the electric fuse box. Any help please.. rick marion

I don't know about your Camry but most cars have 2 sets of fuses. Small ones are in the car and explained in the owners manual. Larger ones are in a box under the hood and their labels are in the top cover of the box.
