Need front right turn signal housing for 87' camry

I was looking for a used turn signal for my 87 camry. I went to one junk yard in Torrance, CA. They charged me $2 so I could have the honor of walking through their junkyard only to find they didn't even have an 87 camry let alone any vehicles with any turn signal housings left! I feel pretty foolish. Can anyone tell me if there are any on-line places to order them or a reliable place where they can tell you if they have the part used? I'm hoping there is one near LAX.

Try this place in Sacramento. They have a huge selection of Lexus and Toyota parts. I just got a headlamp assembly from them for an 89 Camry. It came in 2 days ( I am in the bay area). TAP Recycling 1-800-765-7100. They also have a website. but you have to call to order specific parts.

Around here most of our wrecking yards can electronically check specific part availability with other wrecking yards locally and outside the local area. Then you either go to the yard that has the part - or - have the part brought to the yard you deal with. I would try this way first.

Talk to somme local body shops to find out where / how they get at used parts.

There are some online used part sites - some better than others. Some sites post your request on a bulletin board - and that relies on the wrecking yards checking the board others provide you with a list of contact email addresses. I was able to find one part (for a Lincoln) by e-mailing around

20 wrecking yards. Most never even replied (my guess is they seldom check their e-mail) I did have one yard respond that had the part I needed.
