I have a 1999 toyota camry. When I have the lights on and use the turn signal to the right the light blinks in a rapid manner. This side of the turn signal light does work but seems to be weaker. I do not have a manual and cannot figure out how to change the signal bulb out. How does one get to the bulb to change out. If you have had this problem or think that it could be something other than the bulb then please help.

It's very common. Most likely the front bulb is not making good contact in it's socket. Pop the hood, you'll see a pop up plastic grommet that will release the corner lense. It slides forward. You gotta pry it. Take out the bulb, clean and bend the socket contacts up to make them springier. Rough em up a little on the surfaces also.

Good tip MB. Also use some dielectric silicone grease liberally on the base & contacts. This helps prevent moisture from getting to contacts which can cause a high resistance condition. Should be able to get a small tube at a reasonable price at any parts store.
