When I press the button to spray the windshield nothing happens! No sound,no nothing! Any suggestions?

Two things: either the motor isn't getting power or it's just fried (it can happen if you use it when there's no fluid)
Get a multimeter and start probing to see if the motor is still getting power. If so, then disconnect the motor and give it straight power from the battery (maybe with a fuse inline)....
