Has anybody tried the helix plus throttle body lift from street and performance electronics? It runs around $90 and just wondered if it was worth it.

Garbage. Well, not really...you'll go faster due to your lighter wallet.
Toyota did a good job engineering the intake system. I haven't heard of any improvement that really does what it claims.
Throttle body spacers did some good on early GM cars with throttle body injection. I don't think they do any good on any modern engines. The "helix" swirly thing is just hype.
