I paid the following for a 4x4 V6 Access Cab, 6 speed manual, w/ TRD Off Road & tow (OG), six disc changer (DZ), Conv. Pack (Z1), in CT:

Truck (incl. delivery): $25,500 Dealer prep & conveyance:$ 200 Taxable total: $25,700

• actual state MV fees.

No trade, cash deal.

Sticker was $27,615. Invoice for this model is $24-24,500, depending on the source.

Two local dealers were trying to get sticker, this one was kind of negotiable. I negotiated daily for a week, and waited 6 weeks for the truck.

If you got it for dealer invoice, I tip my hat! Nice job! That would truly count as stealing it around here. Dealers in my area stopped returning my calls at this price.

I got basically same as you exept mines automatic. Manual was 25,5k I traded in my 2001 for 15k.
