Installing fwd crankcase bearing gasket

I would like to replace the seal on the front of my engine right behind the crankshaft pulley. (1991 Toyota XCab Pickup, 2WD, 5Spd stick)

I've been told this is an easy thing to do. Can anyone give me the step-by-step?
