Line-X or Rhino Linings?

I just got my 2005 Tundra tonight (yea!) and am trying to decide whether to do a Line-X or a Rhino Lining in the bed. Does anyone have any recommendations on which might be better? As far as I can tell, they're about the same, but I don't know much about either.

Thanks!

I went Line-X almost 4 years ago on my '00 Prerunner Xcab. It was slightly more expensive than Rhino, but I felt worth it.

At that time, Line-X was applied using a controlled nozzle (hot?)spray approach versus Rhino (cold spray, w/no nozzle control). Rhino 'pooled' thicker in lower/recessed areas of the bed whereas Line-X was a uniform thickness throughout the application. Both have a lifetime guarantee I suspect. Line-X had a more pleasing finish/appearance after applied in my opinion.

My liner has performed flawlessly and the application was super-professional. It was the professional manner, approach, and explanation of the product and process that led me to choose the Line-X.

I've not been disappointed. I'd choose it again. I'd guess you'll do fine either way.

I chose Line-X because Rhino was not easily available in this area. I am very pleased with it, and it is several years old on my 2002 Tundra. I wish I had gotten the color to match my paint, but I didn't, but I will next time. I suspect Rhino is just as good.

Isn't the bed made of a plastic or composite material? If this is true, why do you need a spray in liner?

i went with neither. i did Herculiner then put a drop-in over-rail. drop-ins will absorb more shock force than Rhine-ho or Linux :)

Rhino is thick, rubbery, and tough. Line-X, Magna, Arma, others, are thin, hard, and tough.

Both are very good if installed correctly. Your choice.

I have had three line-x. The line-x looks better but it was always priced higher when I had mine done. They both seem like they would last about the same.
