Rattling noise?

I have a 2005 Tundra Access Cab and it has developed a rattling from the rear of the vehicle. I seem to remember reading something about a known problem and Toyota issued a report about it. Can anyone tell me where I can find this notice or report? I think it is abbreviated with three letters. Thanks.

to check for manufacturer service bulletins. A link on that page suggests they have a similar service for car owners.

For what it's worth, I found out what it was. After my 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation they "forgot" to put the fourth bolt on the splash plate under the engine. So, therefore a rattle. What really boggles my brain is how can they charge $110.00 an hour and not be able to perform the simplest of tasks? Unbelievable. If I did my job like that, I would be living in a van down by the river! BTW, it was Freeman Toyota, Santa Rosa, Ca.

At least they took the plate off. The dealer here did not, and the truck dripped oil residue for 2 days. Morons. My regular mechanic leaves the motor spotless when he's done changing the oil.
