Any help is much appreciated. I have a '96 T100 extended cab w/
206,000 miles. As with most others, both front seat belts do not fully retract, and get slammed in the door. I have not figured out how to get off the back interior side panels, to gain access to the retractor mechanisms. I am hoping to be able to add tension to the springs. So...where's the access? Thanks.
