Tacoma Radiator Replacement

The time has come to replace the radiator on my 1998 Tacoma. (V6 - SR5 - TRD) Anyone know of a good aluminum replacement? Or does everyone pretty much just stick with the factory replacement?

Thanks.

The stop leak that has been holding on for the last 3 yrs. I have been "front ended" a couple of times, and do some serious hard core

4wheeling. Plus there are 130k+ miles on my truck, so... perhaps it is just time.

I see - lucky you (for 4wheelin' ;-). Well, see if you have the thermal budget exceeded in the past during any situation you were in (summer, trailer, 4L & climbin e.g.). If so, decide a deeper rad. If not, check out the prices between original and some retrofit part.

$120-188 The mileage has no bearing on the condition of a radiator. If the coolant is flushed and renewed every two years the radiator will last for many hundreds of thousands of miles and many, many years.
