How hard is it to remove the rear seats of the tundra... for more cargo space?

Just a few bolts will enable you to remove the rear seats.
Why are you asking this question in the first place? Take the time to fold up the seats and look.
After you take your rear back rest out, put some 1" spacers between the brackets and the back of the truck. Your back-seat passengers will feel more comfortable.
