Do it 4-3-2-1 for valve adjustment, then you only have to jump from side to side once, hahaha.

Also can - just a question of whether you are used to turnng the engine clockwise or counterclockwise to the next cylinder for adjutment.

This is just how I do it :-D I think I started doing it this way cause that is how they say to do it in the Bentley manual... been a while since I looked though... so I dunno

I usually use a spark plug socket on the alternator nut to turn the engine to the next cylinder. You'd be hard put to to accidentally loosen the nut by turning the engine by this method, but I guess I just like to preach good shop practice.
