74 Ghia upholstery

I own a 74 Ghia with tan (or saddle) colored seats. I'd like tyo put the original color back in - unfortunately, nothing at TMI seems correct. Any recommendations? Thanks, C Hastings

Nunya B.,

I'm just about to order a pair of TMI seat covers for my '73 bus.

TMI colours are more correct than they might "seem"...

Note: the colours of the TMI swatches "online" didn't seem to match my seats at all. Online, I couldn't tell if the colour I should order was Saddle, Tan or Beige. I found out that this is due to inaccuracies in "digital" (electronic) colour reproduction of the original swatches - this results from scanning the images, as well from various models and colour profiles and settings of computer monitors - each giving a different representation of the colours. I ended up calling TMI

and the sales person waskind enough to send me swatch samples of the three closest colours. Once Ireceived them, I found that their Biege matched my seats almost exactly(note, my seats are 30+ years old), and was very different from the "online"Biege colour.
