The bumpers on my 73 Coupe were painted by the PO but the paint was peeling badly and there was a lot of rust. I took them off, stripped, cleaned, removed the rust re primed and painted them...
The whole deal took a couple of days and I have gotten used to looking at the car without the bumpers in place. What are the laws and regulations in reguard to bumpers? I could call the local police station but would probably get a standard "yes you need a bumper" response. Do T-bars satisfy the requirements?
