Yesterday, I bought the DVD with the Herbie movie . I saw the movie with my wife and my two kids. I was delight seeing those faces. They were very emotion with the film. The old one asked for a few times, "...is it real?" The youngest was laughing and jumping on sofa all the time. It was a very nice evening.

The new one was not bad, but I liked the original one from 1969 the best of all of them.

Yes, i think the original is definately the best too. I got a box of four from my brother for helping him on his 1302.
Probably an retorical question Joao but, Last june there was a TV crew on a bug meeting here in Holland that was all about the New Movie. All the Herbie wannabees were scramled and they said it was a special topic for on the DVD. There even was a herbie at the dragrace. Was it indeed for that movie or only the Dutch releases (or maybe non at all)? I was a little sceptic about it. I did see the new Herbie too, but only of a copied DVD so without the extra's.
