Interior Colors

Dec 27, 2006 4 Replies

I've been looking around this group and the web for information regarding interior colors for my '71 Standard Beetle. I'm going to restore the interior but there's a few different colors in there now so I'm not sure what the original color was.

I found the production plate with the following data: 60 (sideways)

30-5-0919. I know the 60 is the exterior color (Elm green), and the
30-5 means it was built on the Friday of the 30th week in 1971, but I don't know what the 0919 means. Does anyone know if it indicates interior trim details? If not, are there any online sites that would list the available interior colors for the '71?

Thanks in advance and Happy New Year,

Scott S.

If you don't find any resources with what you need, e-mail me and list the *specific* interior items you can't locate color info on.

HaHa! I missed your post, Roger.

But thank you for posting the direct link into that page on their site as I could not recall it.

For Compwrench: The link Roger posted is _the_ place to look!
