Lower End Engine Rebuild

I have to split my case to replace the crank. Are there other things I should automatically replace or should I measure and check things individually?

This is my first lower end, splitting the case rebuild.

It's a 67 engine 'H' case with 85.5mm pistons making it a 1600cc.

why do you need to replace the crank? if there has been damage to the crank, there likely is damage to other components too....always replace bearings throughout...cheap, easy...don't forget to measure all journals and saddles and to check oil clearances on the rod bearings.

My flywheel got loose and screwed up the dowels. SO I'm replacing the crankshaft and its bearings, the camshaft bearings and the flywheel. The camshaft and lifters checked out OK.
